We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The rooms were spacious and modern with large bathrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the indoor and outdoor onsen, which were clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the main street with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious with a choice of Japanese or western-style, and we loved the French cuisine for dinner.
Though the beds were comfortable, they were slightly saggy in the middle. Also, one of the outdoor onsens was a bit noisy due to the surroundings, but the indoor onsen was cozy and relaxing. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service, location, and onsen facilities.

The hotel had great facilities and was very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with transportation and providing local recommendations. The location was also convenient, situated within walking distance to the hotel's shopping area and the train station. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.
Couldn't stay longer.

My recent trip to this hotel was an amazing experience. the room was spacious and had great facilities, including a beautiful bathroom with a large tub. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. the location was also great, with easy access to public transportation and key city attractions.
this was only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall experience.

Located within walking distance of the train station and shopping area, this hotel is a convenient base for tourists. the hotel also offers a lovely view of a huge cellular tower. the rooms are luxurious with large bathrooms and upmarket finishes. the breakfast is excellent with a wide selection to choose from. Guests can also enjoy a massage-in-room service and a small spa on the top floor. there is an indoor and outdoor onsen available to use.
The hotel lacks a shuttle bus service to transport guests to and from the train station.
